New Rhubarb Recipe

I just made up a new recipe so to speak for using some of our rhubarb
(which my husband loves)

I took my usual Apple Crisp Recipe, and changed it up...

I went out to the garden and cut the rhubarb, and picked some of our strawberries
(I love strawberries!)

I used a jar of the Apple Pie Filling that I had canned

Mixed it together with the sugar

Added the rest of the usual apple crisp ingredients..

Put it in the 9 x 9 baking dish

It came out great--and was a big hit!
I really like using produce from our yard, and items I have canned! :)
