My son built us a wonderful new addition to our home....a Carpetball Table!
This was a game we play at Family Camp....Never played Carpetball before? No worries--you'll love it! It's addicting!
Having Brad build one this year worked out perfectly as he is taking Carpentry as an elective in homeschool this year!
It's kind of like a cross between pool &/shuffleboard. You use the cue ball to knock your opponents balls off the playing surface and into their "pocket" at the end of the table. The first one to clear their opponents balls off the table--wins! Oh, and if there is a tie, you do a "sudden death" by placing one ball on the table at each end--first one to get it in--wins!
As usual, his wonderful dad was a great teacher and help to him!
He got it finished just in time for our sweet friends to come and play! I'll post more on them later!
