Body Language

Can you tell from the body language of this Mockingbird in these pics that Bri took, that he/she isn't happy if we go near the nest??

Please--don't feel sorry for it though! It's nest is in the bush that is next to our clothesline, and they dive-bomb us mercilessly when we try and hang clothes! :)
