Happy New Year!
From our house to yours...Happy New Year!
I sincerely hope that your year has gotten off to a great start.
In contemplating the year just past, it has been a "full" year. Lots of things happening.
Some good, some bad.
But all are profitable.
In looking forward to the year ahead, I am reminded by my bible reading
that I really need to make serving the Lord GOD my focus.
That is my main goal for this year.
I pray that GOD will enable me to be faithful to Him in what I say and do this year.
“So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” Psalm 90:12
May we all make this New Year count for Him!

New Year
Well, our Christmas vacation is over now, and it's a New Year!
I'm healing up from my surgery very well, and am thankful for that.
We had a quiet Christmas and New Year as I was still recuperating...but, it was lovely!
God has been very good!
I hope that you had a lovely family time--as we did--and that your New Year is a blessed one!

What's Your Family Up to in January?...Ours is...Refocusing...
My sweet husband decided to use January as a time of refocusing our attention, and getting our priorities straight! We are refraining from entertainment, and focusing more on spiritual, and practical things this month.
That means you won't see me on here as often! :)

One of the things I'm doing is reading So Much More. It is my daughter's book, but I have never gotten to read it!
What I've read so far is very good!
What are you up to so far this year?
Whatever it is...
I hope that your New Year has gotten off to a good start, and that you are finding joy in every day!
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
