We are just about to start a New Year and
I was thinking that I need to get back to doing
a gratitude journal. I started one during my
cancer journey to help me to focus on good things...
When I started my journal I would just list 3
things that I was thankful for each day.
So, if you're considering it, or if you need a more
positive focus just start small-3 things everyday
that you're thankful for.
