Barak Obama at Notre Dame

This post from the Thoene's was so good, I had to share it!

Barak Obama at Notre Dame has called for an open and "fairminded" discussion about abortion. He asks that neither side 'dehumanize' the other. YES WE CAN, he says.

So in the interest of being "open hearted and open minded" let the discussion begin:

PRO Abortion Opinion:

1."The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it."

Margaret Sanger, Founder of Planned Parenthood (Women and the New Race 1920)

2."I deeply admire Margaret Sanger...she was a woman of great vision."
Hillary Clinton April 2009 upon receiving the Margaret Sanger Award from Planned Parenthood.

3. I fully support the Freedom of Choice Act and a woman's right to choose. I do not believe medical assistance should be given to an aborted baby born alive because the mother has already made her choice not to have (the baby.) A woman should not have to choose again.
Illinois Senator Barack Hussein Obama

Pro-Life Opinion:

4. " See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven."
Jesus Christ - Matthew 18:10

Everything means something: In Greek, the word Jesus uses as despise means, "hold as valueless"; to "disesteem."

Heaven's Judgment:

Anyone who holds the life of even one of these little ones as "valueless," spiritually or physically, will one day answer to Almighty God.

Jesus Christ is very clear: Better that person have a great millstone hung around his neck and he be drowned in the depths of the sea than to stand guilty of supporting or accepting intrinisic evil for the sake of being open minded.
Wake up America!

Red Envelope Day--Fight Abortion!

Here's what you do for Red Envelope Day!
Get a red envelope.
You can buy them at Kinkos, at party supply stores, or maybe you have some amongst your Christmas card boxes.
On the front, address it to:
President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington , D.C. 20500

Ok, this is important! On the back, write the following message:

'This envelope represents one child who died because of an abortion.
It is empty because the life that was taken is now unable to be a part of our world.'

We will mail the envelopes out March 31st, 2009.

You can send several!!! Forward this event to every one of your friends who you think would send one too.
I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died [in the U.S.] before having a chance to live.It may seem that those who believe abortion is wrong are in a minority. It may seem like we have no voice and it's shameful to even bring it up. Let us show our President and the world that the voices of those of us who do not believe abortion is acceptable are not silent and must be heard.
Barack Obama spoke at a Planned Parenthood Action Fund event, uttering the now infamous line, "Well, the first thing I'd do as president is, is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. [Applause.] That's the first thing that I'd do."
An empty red envelope will send a message to President Barack Obama that there is moral outrage in this country over this issue [The Freedom of Choice Act, which will essentially undo every law currently in place to limit abortion in the U.S... (i.e., parental consent laws, parental notification, waiting periods, prohibition of transporting a minor girl across state lines to obtain an abortion, etc.)]. It is a quiet, but clear message of protest.
I'm getting my red envelopes ready. How about you?
(If you have children, but no red envelopes--have them color a white one red!)
If you are not familiar with this, you can read more about The Freedom of Choice Act here:http://www.lifenews.com/nat4359.html

We must do SOMETHING!
